授業の目的、または到達目標 Students will be able to compare first language acquisition, bilingual acquisition, and second language acquisition. Students will learn how to promote a child's language development and how to raise a bilingual child.
授業の概要 Students will analyze the language acquisition process during the first three years of life, how children acquire language, including children raised in a bilingual environment.

準備学習 For at least three hours every week, study the textbook assigned pages, research and write papers, prepare for class discussions, presentations, and quizzes. To do research for your papers, use the Library, links in the class Moodle site and the teacher's blog (link below).
