授業の目的、または到達目標 Students will use various reading, speaking and listening skills to gather information on a number of global Issues. They will discuss, and present the information they find out in a variety of formal and informal ways.
授業の概要

Students can read texts with appropriate strategies and comprehension
Students can read widely from extensive reading
Students can use reading texts to gather information to prepare to discuss, and make individual and group oral presentations on a specified number of global issues use oral English skills in both formal and informal contexts

授業の形態 • The course will be team taught (Students will meet with each teacher (J & E) once a week; All skills will be covered in both teacher’s classes with the Japanese teacher taking the lead on reading and the non-Japanese teacher taking the lead on discussion)
