授業の概要 This course will focus on developing speaking accuracy and communication skills. This will include presenting information, informal speaking, explaining clearly, and persuading people on a contemporary community issue found in Japan or other country. More

準備学習 Students will conduct research, and plan for and practice presentations. Expect to spend about 2 hours on preparation for every class.

成績評価方法・基準 Presentation portfolio 50% (3 presentations in different formats = 15% each for first two 20% for final presentation., including performances, visuals, note cards, self-evaluations, preparation, etc.)
