授業の目的、または到達目標 Further study on International NGOs putting stress on the management of the organization. Educate students to get ideas and skills for working in International NGOs in the future.
国際NGOについて、特にその運営面に重きを置いて学びを深める。
将来、国際NGOで働けるスキルを持つ人材を育成することを目標とする。
授業の概要 To study on human resource management, fund raising and accounting, strategic program　planning based on marketing research, management information system, evaluation of the programs and sustainable development of the organization through text reading and site visits to active international NGO offices.
国際NGO を運営するにあたって必要となる人的資源（理事、職員、ボランティア）のマネージメント、資金集めと財務処理、マーケッティング理論に基づいた戦略的なプログラムの策定と運営、プログラムの評価と組織の持続的な発展などについて、教科書と実際に国際的に活動しているNGO 事務所の視察を交えて学んで行く。
