To learn the characteristics of human rights protection system in the international society,international organization and each regions, and clarify the realities and challenges of the regional human rights system. 国際社会、国際組織、各地域の人権保障システムの特色を学ぶ。地域人権システムの現状と課題を明らかにする。 |
| 授業の概要 |
To consider the universality and peculiarity of human rights concepts, Human Rights Charter in the Asia-Pacific Area, comparative study of national human rights institutions, minorities’ human rights, right to development, relationship of right to live in peace and human security, human rights protection in each countries’ constitution, structure and dynamics of judicial review systems and the challenges and perspectives of the international human rights protection system. 人権の普遍性と特殊性、アジア太平洋地域の人権憲章構想、国内人権機関の比較研究、マイノリティの人権、発展の権利、人間の安全保障論と平和的生存権の相関性、各国憲法における人権保障の方式、司法審査制の構造と動態、国際人権保障システムの課題と展望といった諸問題を検討する。 |
