授業の目的、または到達目標 To learn the International Environmental Law from the viewpoint of legal & policy perspective.
<Learning Goals>
can understand the topics of Global Environmental Issues
can understand the history and development on Global Environment Govenance
can use information and data, and interpret values of environment
can explain the sustainable environment
授業の概要 Graduate Students learn what International Environmental Law is in general. Then they study the legal and political topics on Environmental issues, especially the relationship between environmental and economic interests.
授業の形態 To use the textbook and make presentaion by the students. Discussion and lecture.
