授業の目的、または到達目標 国際法と国内法の関係を理解し、日本の裁判実務および国際裁判所や国連の人権機関による国際人権法の適用事例を検討することによって、国際人権基準の実施の現状と課題を考察し、国際人権法を使える能力を獲得する。
To study the relationship between International Law and Domestic Law. To examine the present situations of Judicial Cases of domestic courts and international tribunals as well as organs of Human Rights Conventions.
授業の概要 国際人権条約の履行確保制度と国家主権、国際人権法の国内実施、主要な権利に関する国連の人権機関、地域的人権裁判所による準司法的判断、日本の国内裁判所の判例、人権政策と国内制度
