授業の目的、または到達目標 To learn the legal system to protect the environment in the international society, and study how the international law works for the global environmental problems, learning its reality and challenges.
国際社会における環境保護の法制度を学習する。地球環境問題に対して、国際法がいかに機能しているか、その現実と課題を学ぶ。
授業の概要 It includes relation between the international law and environment, environmental
governance in the international society without governing and legislative bodies, structure of International Environmental Law, and analysis of some kinds of multilateral environmental agreements(MEAs).
国際法と環境の関係、立法機関や統治機関を欠く国際社会において環境保護の考え方、国際環境法の構造、テーマ別の環境条約の分析。
