授業の目的、または到達目標	To learn the International Environmental Law from the viewpoint of legal & policy perspective. <Learning Goals> can understand the topics of Global Environmental Issues can understand the history and development on Global Environment can use information and data, and interpret values of environment can explain the sustainable environment
授業の概要	Graduate Students learn what International Environmental Law is in general. Then they study the legal and political topics on Environmental issues.

成績評価方法・基準	Preparation of lessons, class attendance and participation are important to this course. This course will be graded by participation in discussion(15%), presentation(15%) and result of report(70%)
