授業の目的、または到達目標	To get total perspectives on international human rights and theoretical background on international co-existence and collaboration 国際関係論と平和研究の視点から、国際人権について総合的な議論を展開し、学生が国際共生論の理論的基盤を形成することを目的とする。
授業の概要	Part 1: Introduction : History of international human rights Part 2: Institutional Features of the UN Human Rights Council Part 3: Conclusion: Analysis of UPR Practice(1st & 2nd) of some States 第1 部で、国際人権の歴史と人権保護の取組を取り上げ、第2 部で、国際連合人権理事会の制度的特徴、NGOと人権問題第3 部で、主要国について、普遍的定期審査（第1回および第2回）の内容を分析する。
