授業の目的、または到達目標	can understand why NPO/NGO is important in Civil Society. can understand the definition, history, raison d'etre of NPOs/NGOs. can get basic knowledge of managing the non-governmental organization. can establish your own NGO (either virtual or real).
授業の概要	NPO/NGOs are working in a wide range of areas today including the environment, education, social issues, charity, health care and so on. It becomes more and more important to manage NGOs professionally in terms of personel issues, organizational issues and finalcial issues.
