授業の目的、または到達目標	物品売買取引を中心とした貿易取引の流れと国際商取引に適用される法の枠組みおよび国際商取引から生じる紛争処理の法とシステムを理解する。
授業の概要	1．貿易取引の流れ、法の適用および紛争処理システムを講義で解説することにより概略を理解する。 2）Export Tradeを用いたQ&Aにより、「国際商取引とは何か？」、「国際商取引の流れ」を理解し、次に、契約の成立、貿易取引条件に進む。国際物品売買契約、国際販売店契約、国際ライセンス契約を英文・邦文で読み、その内容を理解する。後半は、香港・ウイーンで開催される国際模擬仲裁大会の課題を読み、契約交渉から契約の成立、紛争の発生、仲裁等による紛争解決手続の流れから国際取引と紛争処理の実態を理解する。

教科書	配布プリントによる。Export Trade、　Annual　Willem C. Vis　International Comemrcial Arbitration Moot Problem　(available on and after first half of October 2015)等
