授業の目的、または到達目標 To explore issues that are central to our understanding of the meaning
of life
Learning Goals:
* can discuss the topics related to our understanding of "life" and our
relationship to others
* can explain how these topics are central to our own lives
* can explore the meaning of life as it relates to our culture and the
world in modern society
授業の概要 Mitch Albom's “Tuesdays with Morrie” is one of the main texts in this
course. The book touches the topics of death, the world, regrets, family,
emotions, fear of aging, love, culture, money, and so on. Supplementing and
expanding the ideas of these topics with other related materials, we will
explore and discuss the meaning of life.
