授業の目的、または到達目標	To get total perspectives on international human rights and theoretical background on international co-existence and collaboration 国際関係論と平和研究の視点から、国際人権について総合的な議論を展開し、学生が国際共生論の理論的基盤を形成することを目的とする。
授業の概要	Part 1: Minorities: Specific instruments, provisions and institutions Part 2: Non-minorities: Specific instruments, provisions and institutions Part 3: discussion on international cooperation and co-existence and collaboration 第1 部で、少数者に関する国際文書、規定及び制度を取り上げ、第2 部で、少数者に限定しない国際文書、規定及び制度の問題を取り上げる．最後に、国際協力論と国際共生論を考える．
