授業の目的、または到達目標	can understand the definition, history, raison d'etre of NPOs/NGOs. can get knowledges of managing the non-governmental organization. can establish your own NGO (either virtual or real).
授業の概要	"The non-profit organization exists to bring about a change in individuals and in society (P.Drucker)". NPO/NGOs are working in a wide range of areas, including the environment, education, social issues, charity, health care and so on. But every non-profit organization is facing challenging times today. We are going to study about the key issues on management of NPO such as board/staff relations, strategic marketting and program planning, finacial controls, and communications and the use of information tecnology.
