授業の目的、または到達目標 大学院における研究対象として非営利・市民社会セクターを取り上げ、実態や課題を理解するとともに、このセクターを分析するための視点や研究方法を学ぶ
Take up the nonprofit/NGO sector as a research subject in graduate school,understand its actual situation and issues, and study perspectives and research methods for analyzing this sector
授業の概要 世界的に台頭する非営利・市民社会セクターについて、国際比較を交えつつ、その発展の背景、活動規模、活動分野、組織構造、収入構造などについて最新のデータを踏まえて概観する。また、行政との協働、企業との協働の現状と背景を分析する。非営利セクターへの資源投入として特徴的な寄付とボランティアについて、その担い手や特徴、時系列的な変動、経済規模などについて分析する。法人制度、税制を含む非営利セクターに関する公共政策について概説する。非営利・市民社会セクターの直面する課題と将来に向けての方向性を展望する。 Build an overview of the global rise of the nonprofit/NGO sector, making international comparisons based on the latest data, looking at background of its
development, scale of activities, areas of activities, organizational structures,
revenue structures, etc. Also, analyze the situation and background of cooperative work with governments and companies. Analyze investment of assets in the nonprofit sector, looking at characteristic contributions and volunteers, their aims and characteristics, changes over time, economic scale, etc. Provide an overview of public policies for the nonprofit sector, including corporation systems and tax ystems. Provide an outlook for issues faced by the nonprofit/NGO sector, and future directions
