授業の目的、または到達目標	To introduce the basic concept of community based practices in environment and disaster management, and to introduce different best practice examples of project management from different parts of Asia　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　環境と危機的マネージメントにおいて実践にもとづく基本的なコミュニティ概念を説明し、アジア諸国の異なる国々においてもっとも実践的なプロジェクトマネージメントの例を紹介する
