授業の目的、または到達目標 Further study on International NGOs putting stress on the management of the
organization.Educate students to get ideas and skills for working in International NGOs in the future
国際NGO について、特にその運営面に重きを置いて学びを深める。
将来、国際NGO で働けるスキルを持つ人材を育成することを目標とする
授業の概要 To study on human resource management, fund raising and accounting, strategic programplanning based on marketing research, management information system, evaluation of the programs and sustainable development of the organization through the examples of active international NGOs.
国際NGO を運営するにあたって必要となる人的資源（理事、職員、ボランティア）のマネージメント、資金集めと財務処理、マーケッティング理論に基づいた戦略的なプログラムの策定と運営、IT を駆使した情報処理技術の習得、プログラムの評価と組織の持続的な発展などについて、実際に国際的に活動しているNGO のケーススタディを交えながら学んで行く。
