授業の目的、または到達目標	To discuss on Asian human rights from the viewpoint of core labour standards,international conventions on human rights and the role of relief measures アジアの人権と中核的労働基準をめぐる問題、人権救済機関の役割から、アジア特有の価値・アジア的人権論が成立しうるのか議論する。
授業の概要	To consider problems on Gender, Child, Refugees, situations of core labour standards and analyze the function of relief organizations 人権上問題のあるジェンダー、児童、難民らの権利、中核的労働基準の状況、人権救済機関の機能を分析して、アジア的人権論が成立しうるのか、それが世界的に普遍する人権論とどう違うのか考察する。
