授業の目的、または到達目標 Acquisition of research methodologies is indispensable for finding meaningful solutions to human rights violations as well as for further promotion of human rights policy formulation. The course aims to familiarize students with quantitative methodologies for social scientific research in human rights studies
「調査」は、人権問題の解決の方法を探るためにも、また、人権政策の立案にも不可欠である。そこで本科目では、社会科学的視座から人権を研究するための量的な調査方法について学ぶ。なお、量的調査の特性や分析方法を理論的に学ぶだけでなく、具体的なテーマを設定し、仮説のたてかた、質問紙の作成方法、およびSPSS を使ったデータ分析の方法についての実習も含む。
授業の概要 Students will have an understanding of the place of statistical data in human rights research and practical skills for formulating hypothesis, for designing questionnaire, and for analysis of data using SPSS.
