授業の目的、または到達目標	To get total perspectives on international human rights and theoretical background on international co-existence and collaboration 国際関係論と平和研究の視点から、国際人権について総合的な議論を展開し、学生が国際共生論の理論的基盤を形成することを目的とする。
授業の概要	Chapter 1: historical research on servitude, colonial control and war crime and responsibility Chapter2: theoretical research on relationship between human rights and war, development and diplomacy and opposition to human rights prevailed in Western world Chapter3: present problems on anti-terrorism war, peace building, genocide, child soldiers, child labour, street children, refugees, trafficking, foreigners. Chapter 4: discussion on international cooperation and co-existence and collaboration 第1 部の歴史的考察でバリャドリ論争、奴隷、植民地支配、戦争犯罪・責任論、第2 部の理論的考察で戦争・開発・外交と人権の関係、西欧的人権論への異議,第3 部の現状の問題では反テロ戦争、平和構築、ジェノサイド、子ども兵、児童労働、ストリートチルドレン、難民、人身取引、外国人の人権などの問題を取り上げる．最後に国際協力論と国際共生論を考える．

成績評価方法・基準	30%- Class work (attendance, participation in discussion) 30%- Presentation 40%- Short essay (A4 size. double space, 10 pages/4000 words 30％平常点(出席、議論への参加) 30％発表 40％小論文(A4 ダブルスペース、10 頁/4000 字)
