授業の目的、または到達目標	To understand the global education development goals, current progress and their challenges.
授業の概要	In this course，students will learn a number of basic theory and practical tools of education statistics, education finance, and benefits from education. These foundations will help you to better understand education development, particularly primary education, in the devolping countries.
