Human Resource Management is the process of acquiring, training, appraising and compensating employees, and paying attention to their labor relations, health and safety and fairness concerns. The topics we will discuss provide students with the concepts and techniques you need to carry out the people aspects of your job in any organizations.

授業の概要 |
The Human Resource Managers carry out three main functions. First, the manager exerts line authority in his/her unit and implies authority elsewhere in the organization. The manager ensures that the organization's HR objectives and policies are coordinated and implemented as decided. And the manager provides various staff services to line management, such as assisting in the hiring, evaluating, rewarding, promoting and disciplining of employees at all levels.

成績評価方法・基準 |
Class work (attendance, participation in discussion and Q&A, and three written English HRM exams including the "In Class Final Exam". Written tests (30 + 60) and the class participation (10); Total 100 points
English skill set is required for all students.
