授業の目的、または到達目標 To learn a concept of vegetarian diets, vegetarianism concerning the earth environment, developing country and animal right
授業の概要 Vegetarianism is receiving recognition as a lifestyle that is not only healthy but that also promotes coexistence in a world where people can share limited foods supply and preserve the earth environment.
In this course, topics include the preventive medicine, vegetarian nutrition, aid to developing countries and destruction of tropical rain forest as a result of cattle grazing.
