To experience the joy and difficulty of translation by translating various texts and to be sensitive to language as a translator. |
| 授業の概要 |
Students learn what translation means, what consists good translation and what is necessary for quality translation through translating from English into Japanese. While clarifying the meaning of the text, studnets learn cultural differences underlying the text. This class also intends to develop interest in Japanese language and writing skills. |
