準備学習 Class work: Students will be asked to read about 20 pages per week and complete worksheet(s) provided. At least5 quizzes will be given to assess understanding of the readings.
Research paper: Students must submit a 5-page research paper， completed in three stages: introduction/outline and references， the rough draft， and the final draft. If students fail to turn in the paper， they cannot pass the course.
