授業の目的、または到達目標 To examine the relationship between education and the social order.

授業の概要 This course will examine the relationship between education and the social order under such headings as : the individual versus the citizen, theories of education, the head in education, patriotism in education, propaganda and education, and the reconciliation of individuality and citizenship.
