授業の目的、または到達目標 Students will be able to (SWBAT) use various prewriting brainstorming techniques to help develop detailed outlines on various topics.
SWBAT find and cite sources (in the text and on a reference page) using APA style.
SWBAT quote, summarize, and paraphrase sources.
授業の概要 Advanced Writing will build on the writing done in IS 1-4 during the 1st year with the goal that students will be able to express themselves clearly and appropriately when writing academic essays and reports.
