To consider the skills needed for female leaders and to connect your third-year experiences with your studies at OJU and your future goals. You will draw on your learning at OJU and outside experiences to think critically about what you have learned and how it fits with your future. Particularly, you will draw on your research/volunteer work in your third year. Issues concerning women and leadership in a global world will be key topics.

授業の概要 To consider the skills needed for female leaders and to connect your third-year experiences with your studies at OJU and your future goals.
