授業の目的、または到達目標 To understand the similarities and differences in the policy and practice of educational assistance among international organizations and donor countries.
本講義では、国連機関及び援助国の教育協力政策や取り組みの相違点について理解を深める。
授業の概要 TTo compare the policy and approaches of donor organizations, and examine the issues of donor coordination. And, to discuss how the policy of donor agencies has impacted on the educational policy and school activities in recipient countries.
各援助機関の教育援助政策を比較し、援助協調の課題について考察する。また、援助機関の政策が被援助国の教育政策や学校現場に与える影響について議論する。
