授業の目的、または到達目標	The objectives are to learn international relations theory in order to understand various issues in the international community and to find solutions for them, and also to understand fundamental and important issues in international relations. 国際関係におけるさまざまな問題を理解しその解決策を見出すため、基本的な国際関係理論を検討するとともに、国際関係における基本的な諸問題を検討する。
授業の概要	The course will start with basic concepts such as the international community, globalization, and historical context. Then, we will learn main theories of international relations, that is, realism, liberalism, constructivism and others. Based on these studies, we take up some fundamental issues in international relations, including peace and security, international economic relations, global environmental issues, the United Nations and others.
