授業の目的、または到達目標 目的：広域化する公共政策課題の中から国際安全保障問題を取り上げ、国連の平和活動および核軍縮を中心に新しい国際秩序をどのように構想するかを考える。
到達目標：国際平和および安全保障をめぐる世界の現実的な問題を分析できる。また、力に頼らないこれからの平和維持・構築のあり方を考える。
授業の概要 Students learn what international public policy is in general. Then they study the contral issue of the policy, that is, how to maintain and improve international peace and security, including non-use of force, peace-making,peace-enforcement,peace-keeping,peace-building,nuclear disarmament and non-proliferation.
