授業の目的、または到達目標 国際の平和と安全を維持し強化する一つの手段としての軍縮問題を国際法の側面から検討する。
To learn disarmament issues from legal point of view as one of the important measures for maintaining and strengthen international peace and security.
授業の概要 戦略兵器の制限と削減、核兵器の不拡散、核実験の禁止、非核兵器地帯の設置、核兵器の使用の禁止、化学兵器と生物兵器の禁止、対人地雷の禁止などそれぞれの条約の形成過程と内容の分析、さらに今後進めるべき軍縮の方向や内容、さらに核兵器廃絶条約案などを検討する
They learn at first the concept of disarmament, and limitation and reduction of strategic nuclear weapons, non-proliferation of nuclear weapons, prohibition of nuclear tests,establishment of nuclear-weapon-free zones, prohibition of the use of nuclear weapons,prohibition of chemical and biological weapons and anti-personnel landmines, as well as future direction for disarmament including draft treaty on nuclear abolition.
