授業の目的、または到達目標 To learn the legal order of the international community, and study how the rule of law works in the international community, learning its reality and challenges.

国際社会における法的秩序を学習する。国際社会において法の支配がいかに働いているか、その現実と課題を学ぶ。
授業の概要 It includes concepts and principles of international law, its functions and processes, international criminal law, use of force law, international environment law, global common law, international economic law, and globalization and challenges to the international legal order.

国際法の概念と原則、その機能とプロセス、国際刑事法、武力行使に関する法、国際環境法、国際公共財に関する法、国際経済法、グローバリゼーションと国際法秩序への挑戦
