授業の目的、または到達目標	Write and talk about the issues Critically consider the themes Understand Women’s Global Leadership from various perspectives
授業の概要	To introduce students to the themes of globalization and women’s leadership in various fields of study. Students will study issues concerning leadership and globalization from multidisciplinary perspectives. Students will also learn critical thinking skills and apply them.

準備学習	Students are expected to come to class prepared to actively participate in discussions and activities.

成績評価方法・基準	70% discussion and class work 30% presentation and writing (Each guest teacher will give 15% of the grade; the coordinating teacher will give 40%) Details on Feedback Feedback for discussions will be oral comments. Feedback for reflections and writing will be written comments.
