To understand how culture shapes how people in different countries make decisions. This course will examine different nations and how history, religion and culture may shape how people make decisions and interact with others. We will use this knowledge as we role play many cross cultural situations. |
| 授業の概要 |
After reviewing culture and communication, we will examine cultures in different nations and consider how they make decisions, and how they interact. Drawing on concepts of verbal & nonverbal communication as well as knowledge of nations, we will closely examine cross cultural communication in some of these areas: North America, South America, Australia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa. |
