授業の目的、または到達目標 You will be able to choose a research topic of your own, concerning the human rights situation of at least one minority in any part of the world, and to pursue it on your own with the assistance of the present teacher.
授業の概要 The timetable below is solely intended to give you some suggestions of the history of minority problems and the empowering of minorities. These are examples only, and you need to find your own research topic, and pursue it.

成績評価方法・基準 30% - Class work (attendance, participation in discussion)
30% - Presentation
40% - Essay (A4 size, double space, 10 pages/4000 words)

40% 平常点（出席、議論への参加）、30% 発表、30% 小論文（3000～4000字）
