To expand their knowledge toward the global issues, to gain the critical way of thinking and to get ready to take actions as a global citizen. Learning goals: * can summarize and reflect on the author’s ideas in the readings * can discuss the issues based on the knowledge and their opinion * can respond to the author’s ideas in writings * can research issues, and present and summarize this research * can write a research paper related to global issues * can take actions as a global citizen |
| 授業の概要 |
In this course, students will read the issues of global concern, discuss themand write response papers as the input activities. Students will gain theknowledge, building on what they learned in the first year in a student-centered setting. As the output activities, students will be required to dofurther research according to their interest, give a presentation and write a summary |
