授業の目的、または到達目標 地球環境問題を体系的に理解し、法的分析と政策的対応を、国際協力との関連で把握することを目標とする。国際社会の環境問題の取り組みを評価できる能力を養う。
授業の概要 1970年代以降顕在化する地球環境問題の諸側面を、歴史的・経済的・政策的・法的側面から捉えるための方法論と理論的問題を学ぶ。
