授業の概要 This course will examine language and mind, in reviewing the research regarding speech, language, and thought from the perspective of psychology. Also we will explore how language develops, how humans manage to arrange so many words, how they handle language, and what the differences are in communication and brain systems between humans and non-humans (i.e. dolphins, chimpanzees, birds). Through the exercises, students will improve reading, discussion, presentation and writing skills.
