授業の目的、または到達目標 In this course, students will learn about the way of thinking, skills, knowledge to be a leader in the team / organization, and who can think globally.
Learning goals:
■ To find your own leadership style through the stories of various leaders
■ To understand the concept of diversity as a global leader
授業の概要 In this course, students will realize the importance to have their own leadership style. In addition, we will learn the problems that women leaders face worldwide, and find out what we can do to change them by ourselves.

授業の形態 By lecture and reading role models' stories of women leaders, students will learn what kind of skills you need to take a leadership role. We will have a lot of small team / class discussion / presentation about the topics related to the women's global leadership so students are expected to participate.
Students also have a chance for individual / group research in/out of class, to get the insight of study area as well as to develop their English skills. In the later part of this course we will use movies to learn about advanced knowledge for leadership and to further discussions.
Active participation of the class work is necessary and mostly evaluated.

成績評価方法・基準 Evaluation is based on course work, participation, and papers and presentation:
Class work = 60% (includes in-class work, homework, discussions);
Presentation = 20% (individual 10%, Group 10%),
Report = 20% (report using citations and references; 3 pages at least)
