授業の目的、または到達目標 The goal of this course is to increase students' understanding of world news. They will improve their listening comprehension, vocabulary, and discussion skills.
授業の概要 The course is based on authentic news stories of approximately two minutes. Worksheets help the students understand the current event.
授業の形態 Students watch two minutes of a current event. They are provided with exercises for vocabulary, listening comprehension, transcription, and reading. Students are expected to discuss the issues raised by the current event.
