授業の目的、または到達目標 ・Students will be able to deepen their understanding of English sound system.
・Based on theoretical understanding and basic skills from Phonetics 1 and 2, students will be able to carry out practical oral performances, such as conversation from TV dramas and movies, news broadcasts, speeches, and stories.
・Based on class works and projects in this class, students will be able to express themselves more effectively in English.
授業の概要 Students will review basic fundamentals of phonetics, including rhythm. They wil then study, practice and present samples from various TV commercials, news broadcasts, speeches, stories, movies and dramas. Each students will make two presentations (one group and one individual). Emphasis will be placed on correct pronunciation folloiwing the phonetic rules studied and appropriate interpretation and/or expression for the materials.
授業の形態 幾つかの教材それぞれに適したOral Interpretation（英語音声表現）を考察、実践。学期前半ではクラス共通Project(Group Project)を、後半では学生各自が選び深く取り組んだProject（Individual Project）を、リハーサルを含めVideo撮りを行い、Evalutaionする
