授業の目的、または到達目標 The objective of this course is to prepare for the 4th year’s graduation project. Students are to learn the needs and concepts of management. In addition，the practical utilization of the concepts should be learned for the students’ future business career. By taking this course, students are expected to explain the needs of management.
授業の概要 The classes are taught by two instructors. Students learn the needs and concepts of management mainly by case studies.

準備学習 Students are expected to study the reading materials in advance. In addition， they should prepare oral reports in the term. The topic of the reports will be discussed in the class.

成績評価方法・基準 Quizes 50%， Oral report 20%, Written report 20%， Participation 10%
