授業の目的、または到達目標 To learn the causing factors of management globalization and the activities in multi-national enterprises (MNEs). To exam the management skills in the global corporate environment. To acquire the frames of references needed as managers in MNEs.
多国籍企業における経営のグローバル化の要因とそれに対応する企業活動を学習し、その際に求められる経営手法を考察する。また将来的にグローバル・レベルで活躍する人材として求められる視点を習得する。
授業の概要 Learning global corporate environments in economics, cultures, or politics. Understanding corporate activities in global level. To Comprehend functional developments such as marketing, production, R&D, finance, and human resource in MNEs. Discussinsg global developments of strategy formulation and implementation at the corporate level.
経済・文化・政治などの企業環境のグローバル化の要因の学習。グローバル化する企業活動
の理解。多国籍企業におけるマーケティング・生産・研究開発・財務・人事などの機能レベルでのグローバル化の進展の把握。戦略の作成と実行などの全社レベルでのグローバル化の展開の考察。
