授業の目的、または到達目標 The objective of this course is to learn the needs and concepts of strategic management. In addition, the practical utilization of the concepts should be learned for the students’future business career. By taking this course, students are expected to explain a firm's activities in strategic ways.
授業の概要 In the class, students learn the dynamism of corporate environments, strategies, and organizations as well as the terms and concepts of strategic management. In order to get interested in the management, case studies will be discussed. In addition, students are expected to organize groups for making oral reports on strategic management.

準備学習 Students are expected to study the reading materials in advance. In addition, they should prepare oral reports twice in the term. The topic of the reports will be discussed in the class.
教科書 Robert M. Grant, Contemporary Strategy Analysis,6th edition. Blackwell Publishing Ltd., 2008.(Materials are given in the class)
成績評価方法・基準 Quizs 50%, Oral report 20%, Written report 20%, Participation 10%
